This beautiful island called Koh Ta-Pu, found fame due to its starring role in the James Bond film ‘The Man with the Golden Gun’. The island is well known for its rocky pinnacle rising from the sea and it really is a spectacular sight. It’s very popular for kayaking where you can meander around the many cliffs rising from the sea. Koh Panyee

Buddha Cave – Wat Tham Suwan Khuha

The cave is indicated by the large temple gate, which then leads to a small parking area in the front of the cave. The cave itself is large with high ceilings and hosts the impressive golden reclining Buddha along with other large standing Buddha images.

Mu Koh Similan National Park

The Similan Islands are a stunning area of the bay to visit on your Thailand bareboat charter, the largest of the islands Koh Similan has a distinctive horseshoe-shaped bay with an average depth of around 60 feet. Exploring underwater is a must here with rock formations and coral reefs all in various shapes and forms and teeming with marine life. The white sandy beach on the island is also a super place to enjoy the soft white sand and take it easy for a while.

Koh Yao

Perfect for beach lovers, Koh Yao consists of two main islands Ko Yao Noi and Ko Yao Yai, there are superb beaches to enjoy here which are mainly located on the west side of the island. Pa Sai Beach is a particular highlight with its 400 meter long sandy bay, from where you can enjoy the surrounding scenery. Ao Kian beach is perfect for swimming in its crystal clear water, only accessible by boat, it is a great swimming stop on your Thailand bareboat charter.

Koh Hong Island

The island of Koh Hong is also well worth a visit to enjoy its undisturbed nature, you will find wild orchids and mangrove forests to enjoy, as well as strolling along the beach and swimming through the Anemone rich waters. It is a great place for kayaking too as you can enjoy traversing the two caves to the sea both in and outside of the island in low tide.
