Season

Although all of Asia boasts warm weather and waters year round, as a rough guide, the Andaman seas, including many of the cruising grounds of Thailand and Myanmar are best visited from November to April to avoid the monsoon season that brings with it higher chances of rain. Equally, sitting so close to the equator, the weather in Singapore is fairly constant, and it is always a good time to escape the heat of the city on a charter break, while the hot summer months are the time to enjoy a beach break in Hong Kong. Indonesia can offer good cruising conditions year round, depending on location, but the best time to enjoy the main areas of exploration, including Komodo National Park, is from May to October, and November to April in Raja Ampat.
