Phat Thai – Probably the most well known dish of Thai cuisine, a delicious stir fry of rice noodles, with shrimps, tofu and egg, and seasoned with fish sauce, tamarind, sugar and chilli.

Tom Yam – more commonly known as hot and sour Thai soup, is a lovely clear broth, flavoured with lemongrass, galangal, coriander, fish sauce, chillies and prawns.

Thai Green Curry – A fragrant creamy curry, commonly chicken, using the best of Thai spices and with a rich coconut milk sauce.

Kao Phat – Fried rice – this is a very popular dish in Thailand, and generally consists of fried rice with a combination of either shrimps or chicken, egg, onion, garlic, tomatoes, chillies.

Som Tam – This dish originated in North-Eastern Thailand, but is found almost everywhere in Thailand now. It is a spicy salad consisting of strips of green papaya with tomato, chilli, lime and fish sauce.
