Day 1: SINGAPORE – Southern Islands
The Singapore Southern Islands of Kusu, St John’s Island, Sisters’ Islands, Lazarus and Pulau Hantu are just a short distance from the mainland but a world away from the bustle of the city. The islands are perfect spots for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, a picnic on the white sandy beaches or to drop anchor for a moonlit dinner in a secluded bay.
Day 2: Lazarus Island
One of Singapore’s best kept secrets, Lazarus Island is a popular destination for boats. Featuring a horseshoe shaped stretch of white, sandy beach and clear blue water it is the perfect spot to anchor and enjoy a day of swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, relaxing and dining in style onboard your yacht.
Day 3: St. John’s Island
Linked to Lazarus Island via a stretch of path, St John’s Island is another popular destination for yachts and is rich in natural fauna and flora, both in and out of water. Many species of fish can be found here, especially reef fishes such as tusk fishes. Not just a fun place to fish it is also a relaxing retreat from city life.
Day 4: Sisters’ Islands
Sisters’ Islands are two of the Southern Islands in Singapore and are located to the south of the main island of Singapore. Big Sister’s Island is approximately 39,000 square metres (9.6 acres) in area and faces the open sea, while Little Sister’s Island is about 17,000 m2 (4.2 acres) in area and faces the mainland. The two islands are separated by a narrow channel and are home to some of Singapore’s richest reefs, making the islands a great spot for fishing.
Day 5: Pulau Hantu
Pulau Hantu is a favourite haunt for fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling enthusiasts because of its sheltered beaches, swimming lagoons and inviting waters. The islands are also popular with campers and day-trippers who are looking for a unique outdoor experience. For sea life enthusiasts the rare giant clam and the seahorse can sometimes be seen here.
