FLORES to KOMODO, BALI, 7 DAYS

Day 1: Marina (Labuhanbajo) to Mesa 

Arrive at the marina to join your yacht and sit back to enjoy your first few hours sailing towards the small island of Mesa where you will visit an authentic ‘sea gypsy’ settlement, home to the Bajau People and be welcomed by friendly locals.

Day 2: Rinca Island

Encounter the world-famous Komodo Dragon for yourself as you hike through the tropical forests of Rinca Island in search of this prehistoric beast. Keep your eyes peeled for the monkeys, deer and wild buffalo that also inhabit this beautiful island and soak in the spectacular scenery from peak. Enjoy some snorkelling before relaxing in the evening with a private beach barbeque underneath the star filled sky.

Day 3: Komodo Island

Anchoring off Komodo Island, step ashore to explore the forests of the National Park. Enjoy an exciting hike through the island alongside a ranger to learn more about the mysterious Komodo Dragon, stopping to discover the dens and nests of this amazing creature.

Day 4: Sumbawa Island

Wake up in Sumbawa, in the little harbour of Bima and wander around the local markets. Explore the highland villages while witnessing traditional dances including the famous ritual ‘adu kepala’, head-to-head combat.

Day 5: Pulau Satonda

Step onto the secluded island of Satonda and witness the stunning scenery of Crater Lake, a large marine lake at the heart of the collapsed volcano. At dusk, watch overhead as thousands of flying foxes litter the sky as they head into the night to feed. Unwind and enjoy the sunset as we cruise west.

Day 6: Lombok

Anchor off the East coast of Lombok and step ashore to pay visit to a traditional pottery centre and discover small local villages where the locals will perform a display of traditional dances for you.

Day 7: Gili Nanggu

Relish the last morning relaxing on an exquisite deserted beach in Gili Nanggu, your own private paradise. Enjoy a final swim in the crystal clear waters before the four-hour cruise back to Bali.
