Explore South of France on charter this Summer and Autumn

 

We are stepping into Asia’s hottest and most humid months, so if you’re keen on some alternatives for your family holidays, let us take you for a week of yacht charter in the South of France/ Italian Riviera.

We have prepared this 7-day itinerary from St. Tropez to Portofino for you to enjoy Mediterranean Sea pearls including some most indulgent F&B experiences, highly interesting sightseeing, pristine swimming grounds and some of the trendiest crowds of the world.

Day 1 St Tropez

The Port de St. Tropez is the perfect place to begin your opulent Mediterranean luxury yacht charter. Peppered with chic cafés, glamorous restaurants and sun-kissed beaches, the stunning locale of St. Tropez is laced with modern luxuries and sheer indulgence. Elegant bars come to life after dark where night owls can enjoy dancing and cocktails into the small hours.

Day 2 St Tropez to Cannes

Departing from the port at Pampelonne Beach, begin your cruise towards the glittering ports of Cannes. For a taste of traditional sea-faring, dock at the old port and meander amongst charming shop and restaurants before heading to the affluent marina of Porto Canto. Spend your time sipping coffee in one of the chic city cafés or enjoy a superb day of pampering at one of the exclusive spas. After dark, dine on sumptuous gourmet cuisine at an award-winning Michelin starred restaurant or succumb to the temptation of the nearby casino.

Day 3 Cannes to Villefranche-Sur-Mer

From the glittering charms of Cannes, cruise south towards the natural harbour at Villefranche-Sur-Mer. This remarkable anchorage exudes a palpable French appeal, which oozes from the authentic restaurants and elegant beach-front bars situated along the alluring coastline. Framed by lustrous hills, the harbour offers awe-inspiring vistas of unmatched natural beauty.

 

 

Day 4 Villefranche-Sur-Mer to Monaco

The glitzy principality of Monaco provides a change of pace, with a choice of attractions all packed into two square kilometres. From Monte Carlo’s renowned palace and casino to designer boutiques, exclusive restaurants, beautiful gardens and excellent museums, there is much to see and do here.

Day 5 Monaco to San Remo

Before you say goodbye to the luxurious land of Monaco, enjoy a seaside breakfast before you set sail towards to the crystalline waters of Italy. Anchor in the town of San Remo before taking advantage of the scenic Castellaro Golf Club. Brimmed with endless activities, make your way around the nine-hole golf course before winding down with a Turkish Bath or rejuvenating spa treatment. With opportunities for horseback riding, bicycle trails or a game of tennis, there is plenty to enjoy for a fun-filled day of activity.

Day 6 San Remo to Genoa

To begin the longest stretch of this sailing cruise, depart from San Remo and head towards the bustling town of Genoa. The marina here is brimmed with entertaining attractions and remarkable facilities following a recent renovation. Teeming with a plethora of adrenaline fuelled opportunities, take your pick from excellent diving spots, parasailing, hang-gliding or kite surfing. After sunset, sample the gourmet seafood at one of the fine city restaurants before ending the night with an evening at the famous Teatro Carlo Felice theatre.

Day 7 Genoa to Portofino

From Genoa set sail towards the secluded Italian fishing village of Portofino. This glorious seaside town is home to premier spas, designer boutiques and overflowing with opulent modern day luxuries. Whether you wish to spend the day exploring the underwater world of abundant marine life or potting holes on Italy’s oldest golf course, how you spend the final day of your Riviera journey is entirely up to you.
